Champions hit five

It’s as you were at the top of the Slater & Frith Division One with leaders Coltishall winning 5-3 away at Lyng, second placed Runton surprisingly dropped points when they were held to a 2-2 draw by visitors Worstead.

Current champions Gimingham hit five at Haisboro Athletic thanks to a hat-trick from Glenn Thurston with Michael Reynolds and Danny Skipper also getting on the scoresheet while their hosts replied just the once. Horning were odd goal winners of five over East Ruston while Ludham and improving Corpusty shared six goals.

Holt ‘A’ are the new leaders of the Wayford Nurseries Division Two following their goalless draw at Mundesley who dropped down to fourth, Erpingham hold on to second spot on goal difference despite being beaten by Blakeney by a margin of 5-2 a result which saw Blakeney move into third spot.

Plumstead Rangers continue to be the pacesetters in the Knights Trophies Division Three after beating visitors Coltishall Reserves 4-2, Glaven Valley also recorded a solid home victory over Felmingham by a 3-1 scoreline to secure second place.

A brace of goals from East Ruston Reserves’ Chris Love saw them record their first win of the season when at home to Mundesley Reserves. Holt Colts scored a 3-0 home success over Erpingham Reserves.
