Goals Norwich will be hosting the only official 5-a-side Movember football tournament to help raise money and awareness for prostate and testicular cancer next month.
The Movember Cup takes place on the 25th November at the Goals Soccer Centre on the Hall Road at 6pm.
Movember is responsible for thousands of ‘Mos’ appearing on men’s faces in the UK and around the world every November. The aim of the campaign is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and testicular cancer charities. Last year Movember raised in excess of 79.3 million.
Goals Norwich Centre manager James Lalonde, said: “Our Movember tournament will be a lot of fun, but with a serious message at the heart of it. We hope to have as many Mos as possible taking part in the tournament and to raise lots of money for this great cause.” “For those who are unable to grow their own, we’ll even provide you with a temporary one for 2.00 with all the proceeds going to the charity”
You can enter your team in to the event by contacting Goals Norwich on 01603 790 060 or by visiting www.goalsfootball.co.uk/movember
