Norwich City chief Ben Kensell says two long-serving members of the club’s communications department will be ‘sorely missed’ at Carrow Road.
Joe Ferrari, head of communications, and Gemma Gifford, head of media and PR, both posted on Twitter last Friday to confirm they had decided to take redundancy after 18 and 17 years with City respectively.
With club news editor Amy Smith also leaving, the Canaries have subsequently listed job vacancies for a new head of communications and a club journalist.
Kensell said: "Great stalwarts of the clubs, did an amazing amount of work over the years, were part of good times and bad times, really contributed to the club.
"What I would say is it's never easy when changes happens and structures change at the club but from our personal perspectives they go with our best wishes and they should be incredibly proud of their achievements at Norwich City Football Club. They'll be sorely missed."
