Norwich City loanee Sean Raggett netted the opening goal as a resurgent Portsmouth extended their unbeaten run to 10 matches in all competitions.

The on-loan defender scored his first goal for Pompey since joining the club in June. Raggett was an imperious figure and impressed with his defensive work. Kenny Jackett's men have jumped into the play-offs after their best run in the league since the 1920s.

Melvin Sitti was sacrificed after an early red card to defender Christophe Diedhiou forced FC Sochaux into an early substitution. The French side were reduced to ten men for 75 minutes but still emerged as victors after a 1-0 win over Le Mans in Ligue 2.
