Norwich City midfielder Lukas Rupp has been named in the Sky Bet Championship Team of Midweek, following his performance during Tuesday’s dominant 1-0 win over Birmingham.

The 29-year-old former Hoffenheim midfielder continued his consistent start to life in the Championship with his best performance yet in a Norwich shirt, winning back possession ahead of Mario Vrancic’s winner in the 87th minute.

Rupp was the only player on the pitch to break into three figures for passes attempted, with his personal haul of 113 more than the four starting Birmingham midfielders combined (90) - and with a pass success rate of 95 percent as well.
