Norwich have signed 20-year-old Chelsea attacking midfileder Jimmy Smith on loan until the end of December.
Smith was also loaned to QPR last year and has been an England U19 international and Chelsea reserve's captain.
Smith progressed through the youth ranks at Stamford Bridge but has made just one substitute appearance for Jose Mourinho's side - coming in the final game two season's ago against Newcastle in the Premiership.
While on loan at QPR he scored six goals in 22 starts - including one in the 3-3 draw with Norwich last October.
