Norwich City began their pre-season fixtures tonight when they won 5-0 at Cobh Ramblers in a friendly as part of a five-day training camp in Ireland.
Our Canaries correspondents Paddy Davitt and Michael Bailey were in County Cork for the match at the 6,000 capacity St Colman’s Park.
Goals from Alex Tettey, Nelson Oliveira, Mario Vrancic and James Maddison in the first half were added to by a fine finish from Alex Pritchard late on.

The Canaries continue their pre-season fixtures on Saturday when they return to Norfolk to take on Lowestoft Town (3pm), in a testimonial fixture for Trawlerboys legend Micky Chapman which had to be postponed last year due to heavy rain.
They then take on League Two sides Stevenage and Cambridge United next week.
