Norwich City youngster Josh Coley has seen his loan spell at Scottish Championship side Dunfermline Athletic cut short.

Coley made 11 appearances for the Pars in all competitions, with City recalling the winger due to a lack of game time. His last outing came against Ayr United in October, when he came on as a substitute in the 2-0 victory. Since then, he has been confined to the bench or struggled to make the squad at all.

He becomes the latest City youth player to return to the club, including Simon Power, Louis Thompson and Rocky Bushiri, who has returned to his native country on a subsequent loan deal.

Coley joined City in July 2018, after the young winger impressed on trial. Coley's performances in friendly fixtures against Paderborn and Borussia Dortmund's youngsters were enough to persuade the Canaries to offer him a full-time deal.

Prior to joining City, Coley had played predominantly in the non-league pyramid.
