Corpusty halted the progress of the Slater & Frith Division One Leaders Coltishall when they entertained them and recorded a 4-2 win. Ludham took all the points when visiting North Walsham ‘A’ scoring the only goal of the game, East Ruston also collected maximum points when at Worstead they ran out odd goal winners of five.

Wayford Nurseries Division Two front runners Mundesley went nap at Aylsham ‘A’ without reply, Cawston hit four without reply at home to Buxton Reserves as did Hickling away at Gimingham Reserves.

Plumstead Rangers moved within a point of the leaders of Knights Trophies Division Three Glaven Valley with two games in hand following their 2-0 away win at Mundesley Reserves. Felmingham scored five times when at home to Coltishall Reserves who failed to net themselves and in the bottom of the table clash at East Ruston Reserves it was the home side who were victorious over Erpingham Reserves winning 3-2.

It was Cup day also and Gimingham reached the final of the Nicholson’s of Stalham Benevolent Cup in a 10-0 demolition over Aldborough Lions. In the REW Subsidiary Cup Horning won the replay game against Blakeney and they now meet Mundesley in the quarter-finals. Already into the semi-finals are Runton who won narrowly at Erpingham 1-0 and Haisboro Athletic who were taken to extra time by Holt ‘A’ before finally going through by a 3-1 margin where they will join Plumstead Rangers who are already there having beaten the weather earlier.
