Wroxham boss Damian Hilton faces a major injury crisis on the eve of today's FA Cup second qualifying round tie against Heybridge Swifts at Norwich United's Plantation Park.

The Yachtsmen's boss is set to give late fitness tests to a clutch of his senior men for the test against the Ryman Premier Division bottom club.

Wroxham have been forced to switch the cup tie to their Ridgeons Premier Division neighbours with Trafford Park booked for a long standing function.

Hilton is calling on the Ridgeons Premier champions to re-produce the battling display that clinched a stoppage time 4-3 win at Grantham in the previous round.

He said: "I was really proud of the lads winning the previous round at Grantham in such grand style, but we have been seriously hit by injuries."

Skipper Graham Challen (leg) and keeper Duncan McAnally (eye) are major doubts. Centre back Josh Carus is definitely ruled out with a broken toe. Robert Thornton (broken thumb) is set to remain on the sidelines while new midfield recruit Liam Manning is cup tied.

Defender Shaun Howes could be unavailable but ex-Norwich City academy defender Matthew Halliday is poised to retain his place in the starting line-up after his midweek debut against Kirkley.

Lowestoft joint boss Micky Chapman aims to cap off a week to remember for the Ridgeons Premier table toppers against Felixstowe & Walton.

Ross King fired a stunning late winner to beat well fancied Leiston in front of a bumper crowd at Crown Meadow on Tuesday after a tense away win at Stanway.

"It's great to be top and it has been a fantastic start, but you don't win anything for being top in September," said Chapman. "Our feet are firmly on the ground and we are focused on our next game, which is against Felixstowe.

"We know Felixstowe have had a bit of and up and down start, but just because of that and us being at home it doesn't mean we can take anything for granted - if we are not right they could hurt us.

"We have to focus on ourselves and get ourselves right both physically and mentally. If we do that then hopefully we can cause them problems."

Neil Plaskett (groin) is an injury doubt, while Gary McGhee (ankle ligaments) is ruled out.
