Draw would be fair result for Boskamp

Stoke manager Johan Boskamp couldn't hide his frustration after Jonatan Johansson struck late on to give the Canaries victory at Carrow Road. The Dutchman felt his side were worth at least a draw after pulling level through Paul Gallagher in the second-half and thought the Potters could have even stolen victory for themselves had Sammy Bangoura found the net with a bullet header, just moments before Johansson struck.

"I'm so disappointed because we deserved a lot more than we got today," lamented Boskamp.

"Sammy's header could have given us the win and then with the next attack it was bingo for Norwich because everyone was out of position and they scored.

"When you see the total game you say that 1-1 was a far result for both teams - but we need to look at conceding late goals.

"We have lost too many games from goals in the last minute and it is an issue."

Attentions swiftly turn to tomorrow's trip to Wolves, and the Stoke supremo hopes his players can hit back with a vengeance.

"We have to put things right on Tuesday," he added, "If we would have taken a point here we would have confidence going into the Wolves game but now I don't know.

"We have some important players returning for the game, so hopefully that can refresh the mentality and we can forget about what happened in this one."
