Blake netted three for Thetford Rovers who beat Gressenhall 5 -2. Swaffham Town Reserves needed an extra time goal to beat West Lynn Sports and Social club 3-2. Wortwell fought out a 0-0 draw with Reepham Town and Horsford United drew 3-3 with Gorleston Reserves.

Sunday Intermediate Cup - the incessant rain on Sunday morning threatened all eight ties, but only the match between Stoke and West Lynn S&SC Sunday was postponed. Green Dragon from Thetford visited Norwich to play Hellesdon Athletic and turned in a masterful display winning 8-0, Bellingham and Fawcett both getting hat tricks. There was also a big win for Ex Mile Cross 6-1 against Aslacton and Great Moulton.

Norfolk Minor Cup - past winners Old Catton Juniors and Lakeford Rangers Juniors played out a pulsating 3-2 game with Old Catton progressing to the next round. Shrublands Juniors were involved in a seven goal thriller away to holders Sprowston Lads winning 4-3. Bennett and O'Donoughue helped themselves to three apiece in Hellesdon Youth's 7-0 away win at Taverham Youth.
