Foggy game for Gorleston
Gorleston Ladies travelled to play Thorpe in what was an important game for both teams.
Gorleston had to make some important changes due to player avalability and new formation which girls adjusted to very well with Amy solid as ever and communicating with players which was great to hear and back line of Sian, Lauren, Sasha and Jasmine worked very hard for each other and the midfield of Toni, Betty, Katherine, Evolina, Durdan and Lauren with Danni playing up front.
The whole team worked for each other and didn’t have big gaps in centre midfield as in previouse games.
Gorleston hit post and crossbar in the first half.
The second half started and Thorpe had power shot which went just wide then after 53 minutes a superb solo goal scored by Lauren who took it as cool as cucumber.

The fog was getting heavier by minute and at 61 minutes with the score 1-0 to Gorleston the game was abbandoned.
That was just one of those things that happen and out of everyone’s control so let’s hope the next game is as intresting and entertaining as this game was.
