King's Lynn have signed former Manchester United trainee Ben Muirhead.
The 26-year-old winger, who has Football League experience with Doncaster, Bradford City and Rochdale, goes straight into the squad for tonight's away Unibond Premier League clash with Frickley Athletic.
Muirhead last crossed swords with the Linnets when playing for Alfreton Town in August 2008 - while Norwich City fans may recall his impressive performance for Rochdale in a League Cup tie the previous season, which the Canaries won on penalties after a 1-1 draw,
He was released by Alfreton at the end of last term and joined Conference North outfit Farsley Celtic in August, scoring once in seven appearances.
The Linnets have also announced an addition to the club board, with David Hanley joining as the new financial director.
