Speaking to the club's official website, Foulger said: "It's an honour to be named as deputy chairman of Norwich City Football Club and I'm very pleased to accept the role. I'm overwhelmed and very proud, and I'm looking forward to helping the club to continue to move forward. We've gone through good and bad times over recent years and I'm looking forward to more positives over the coming season.
"It's been an extremely productive summer - I, along with all the other board members, have been working hard behind the scenes. The season starts tomorrow in earnest, everyone at the club is looking forward to it and I wish Bryan Gunn and his team all the very best."
