Four-goal Bloaters win cup tie

The home side, without a win this season, took a shock tenth-minute lead and gave Yarmouth a testing examination but the Bloaters gradually got their game together and won a penalty after 40 minutes when Fernando Vide was sent tumbling in the home area, Martyn Magee obliging from the spot.

The home side, without a win this season, took a shock tenth-minute lead and gave Yarmouth a testing examination but the Bloaters gradually got their game together and won a penalty after 40 minutes when Fernando Vide was sent tumbling in the home area, Martyn Magee obliging from the spot.
Two minutes later, the Ridgeons Division One side were ahead and Vide was again involved, sending a ball into the box which Stewart Roach nonchalantly stroked home.

Yarmouth dominated after the break, and Jake Reed made it 3-1 early in the second half, feeding on a Magee pass.
Reed then supplied the flick from which substitute Mark Thompson scored the fourth Yarmouth goal in the 78th minute.
