Four goal wins keep status quo

Both won 4-0 at the weekend, leaders Sheringham swatting bottom club Watton away while Acle showed no mercy to out-going champions Wroxham Reserves - Ben Morgan (two), Nathan Thompson and Warren Nichols getting the goals.

Both won 4-0 at the weekend, leaders Sheringham swatting bottom club Watton away while Acle showed no mercy to out-going champions Wroxham Reserves - Ben Morgan (two), Nathan Thompson and Warren Nichols getting the goals.

The Shannocks head Acle by two points from the same number of games, having scored one more goal and conceded one less.

Loddon could catch them if they win their game in hand, though they suffered a blow on Saturday when Blofield beat them 2-0 in the Mummery Cup.

Brandon moved up to third with a 2-0 win over Beccles (Daley Tuffs and Roy Reckham) after Hempnall lost by the same score at Dersingham (Nelson Modeira and Billy Overton).
