Hethersett cruise into next round of cup

HETHERSETT Athletic Ladies cruised into the third round of the Norfolk County Cup with an 11-0 beating of Long Stratton.

There were hat-tricks for Emma Mulley and Lauren Matthews and other scorers were Lauren Bailey, Kate Ellis, Grace Birchall, Charlie Swann and Lucy Middleton.

This week Hethersett return to league action with a home game against Haringey Borough hoping to increase their lead at the top of the Eastern Region Premier Division.
