BUSINESS HOUSES LEAGUE: The semi-finals of the Shoe Trades Cup - reputed to be Norfolk's oldest contested cup competitions having been first played in 1926 - saw Division One champions and cup holders Yelverton beat Mousehold Athletic 2-0 with goals from Alex Niescierowicz and Lee Green.

Division two survivors Norwich Medics beat fellow students UEA Reserves at Sprowston Rec by a single Adam Wilson goal.
The final, to be played at Wroxham's Trafford Park on May 6, is normally attended. Entry will be �2, or �1 for concessions.
In Division One, Marlborough Old Boys cemented their position to finish runners-up in the league. This week also saw the first round of the leagues divisional cups. The finals will be played on May 1 and May 8 at Newton Flotman.
