The young Canaries will host Stoke City in the fourth round in January.
Norwich beat Wigan 1-0 at Carrow Road courtesy of a Josh Dawkin goal while Stoke progressed after beating Coventry 3-2 after extra-time at the Ricoh Arena.
The Stoke Academy side are eighth in the FA Premier Academy League Group C table.
The match will be played, at Carrow Road, before Saturday, January 17.
