NICHOLSONS OF STALHAM (NEN) LEAGUE:The top of the table clash in Slater and Frith Division One ended with four goals and honours shared by reigning champions East Ruston and North Walsham Old Boys.

Mundesley failed to seize their chance by drawing 1-1 at Erpingham and now all are threatened by Happisburgh who leapt into second spot on goal difference behind Ruston following their 4-0 triumph over Lyng.

In Wayford Nurseries Division Two Bodham's charge continued with a 7-1 rout of Holt A leaving them five points clear of Runton who won by the odd goal in a nine goal thriller at Aylsham A.

Aldborough Lions, with three games in hand and an unblemished record of 12 points from four, are the main threat to Bodham's chances after a 3-0 win over Stalham A.
