Joff Richards has taken over as manager and he handed league debuts to seven players with a further three newcomers on the bench.

It was always going to be difficult against a side who will be challenging for the league, however the visitors battled well with Matt Cartlidge and Pete Anderson having good games in midfield. Horsford struck midway through the half to take a 1-0 interval lead.

The second half was much the same story but Easton retained the ball much better but at times gave it away cheaply in key areas. Horsford scored two more to claim a 3-0 win.

A hard-working display from Easton, hopefully in the coming weeks as the players develop an understanding results will improve.
