Norwich City head coach Daniel Farke delivered a worrying injury bulletin when he faced the media on Thursday lunchtime ahead of his first Championship game against Fulham this weekend.
Farke provided updates on the likes of Ivo Pinto, Wes Hoolahan and Josh Murphy ahead of the opening weekend trip to Craven Cottage, as well as the latest on longer term absentees Alex Pritchard and Timm Klose.
There was also concerning news on Russell Martin, who is an injury doubt for the weekend, while Jamal Lewis (knee) and Harry Toffolo (leg) are not under consideration after missing the final weeks of pre-season.
The German enjoyed an unbeaten pre-season build up, that culminated with a 1-1 draw against Premier League Brighton at Carrow Road last weekend, but the real work now begins with City’s attempts to win at the Cottage for the first time since 1986.
