Lynn's stoppage time hoodoo struck again against Vauxhall Motors in today's Blue Square North tussle at The Walks.

Tom Hannigan headed home on 92 minutes for the visitors to cancel out Dominic Dwyer's second senior goal for the club.

Motors had rarely threatened to peg Keith Webb's men back until the last act of the contest - remarkably Lynn's third consecutive stoppage time equalizer conceded.

Lynn joint top scorer Jack Defty returned after missing the midweek draw at Solihull through work commitments. Defty was deployed in a withdrawn role behind youthful front two Kris Renton and Dwyer. Midfielder Andy Fisk (hamstring) joined Julian Joachim (groin) on the sidelines after picking up his injury against the Midlanders.

Tom Field drilled straight at Scott Howie in an early sighter for the visitors. Rob Marsh-Evans tumbled in a half hearted attempt to win a spot kick for Motors before James Holden's follow up struck Mark Peters. Luke Graham was alert to shepherd the tricky Karl Noon behind for a Vauxhall corner. Dwyer led a rapier counter but strike partner Renton was crowded out at the back post.

James Coates tipped Smith's probing free kick away with Defty in close attendance. Dwyer glanced home Smith's vicious inswinging free kick to nudge the hosts ahead on 30 minutes.

Renton's delightful back heel freed the overlapping Scott Mitchell but Alan Griffiths cut out the midfielder's slide rule pass.

Dwyer again showed further evidence of a blossoming understanding with Renton when his flick fashioned a half chance in the closing stages before Holden swept round on the cover. Lynn's young gun Dwyer was booked on the cusp of the break after referee Hair took exception to his committed block tackle on Marsh-Evans.

Mitchell's dropping cross had Dwyer interested but Coates punched clear at the second attempt. Noon's long range pot shot flew well wide of Howie's left hand post. Webb introduced youngster Ross Kelly for Defty on 57 minutes before Renton's joy was cut short after slotting past Coates - referee Hair pulling the play back for an apparent handball in the build up.

Jordan Holmes headed away Mitchell's dipping free kick with Dwyer lurking at the back post.

Howie watched Hannigan's hopeful crossfield ball roll behind with Motors' unable to pin Webb's side back in a lacklustre second period.

Graham was adjudged offside after climbing above Marsh-Evans in his attempt to latch onto another dangerous Smith set piece.

Peters headed away under pressure from Noon on 85 minutes as the visitors looked to capitalise on Lynn's late jitters over the past two games.

The all action Dwyer led a relieving breakout but Any Johnson's return pass was easily intercepted. Charlie Defty's hanging cross sailed wide before Greg Crane was introduced for Renton - the Norwich youngster earning an appreciation round of applause from the home faithful. Hannigan's close range header flew past the grasping Howie in the final seconds to stun Lynn's management, players and supporters.
