Ten man Lynn battled to a first home Unibond Premier Division win of the season today at The Walks.

Lynn looked to be cruising after racing into a three goal first half lead but Mansfield loan signing Jason Bradley was then carried off with a suspected left ankle injury after earlier marking his debut with a wonder strike.

Anthony Robinson then earned his second red card of the season after tangling with Simon Ainge but Carl Heggs' men played out the final 30 minutes without too many alarms.

Aiden Savory grabbed the big spending visitors a late lifeline on 82 minutes but Lynn could have added to their lead with Jordan Smith putting in a heroic shift on his own up front.

Imposing frontman Bradley had replaced player/boss Heggs alongside Robinson in attack. Heggs also handed a debut to Leicester's teenage centre back Lathanial Rowe-Turner with recent Rushden recruit Bobby Aisien switching to right back.

Chris Hall hooked wide for Bradford PA in the early exchanges from 10 yards. Ryan Beswick's crisp first time volley flew a couple of yards over at the opposite end following an adventurous burst from Aisien.

Danny Gay parried Luke Gibson's first time snapshot after Aisien was caught on his heels inside the Linnets' penalty box.

Hall's header rolled wide of Gay's left hand upright from six yards after Simon Baldry picked out the unmarked striker down the right.

Mark Bett then tried to embarrass Gay from five yards inside his own half with an ambitious volley that the Lynn stopper was forced to push away as Bradford PA continued to dictate.

Robinson earned a yellow within ten minutes of his return from a three game ban on the advice of the assistant after Ainge tumbled inside his own penalty box.

Gay then kicked away Mattie James' toe poke after the impressive Hall had refused to give up a lost cause at the back stick.

The over worked Gay pushed James' left footer past his post after Rowe-Turner was the latest home defender to dally in possession.

Beswick's over complicated free kick into Robinson was quickly snuffed out at the opposite end. Gay was well positioned to grab Bett's curling left footed free kick just outside the edge after Hall went over Spencer's leg.

Owen Story burst through onto Bradley's flick on but tumbled under Jamie Price's challenge - referee Meredith having no hesitation in pointing the spot.

Cool customer Robinson interrupted his run up to re-set the ball before sending Dickinson the wrong way.

Bradford PA centre back Stabb then screwed Beswick's intended cut back horribly into his own net two minutes later.

Hall miscued his acrobatic bicycle kick five yards out after Spencer was caught under Gibson's hanging cross.

Bradley then unleashed a right footed screamer on the volley from Robinson's knock down that flew past the grasping Dickinson from fully 25 yards.

Aisien glanced Beswick's corner wide with Lynn now revelling in the warm sunshine and vocal backing from the home crowd.

Story triggered a rapid counter before latching onto Beswick's reverse ball but miscuing on his swinger from an acute angle.

Boyce headed Beswick's deep free kick over at the back post with Lynn now looking like they could add a fourth with every attack.

The home crowd broke out into a chorus of 'oles' after one particularly pleasing passing movement was cut short by the assistant's offside flag in the final seconds of the half.

Beswick headed wide from eight yards on the restart with Dickinson rooted to his line after ghosting into the box to connect with Story's pinpoint centre.

The influential Story then teed up Robinson to burst clear but the bustling striker hit Dickinson's legs from 16 yards.

Robinson then held off Stephen Downes but scuffed at Dickinson after Bradley's aerial power had again wreaked havoc.

But the big Mansfield striker was forced off seconds later after appearing to twist his left ankle in a lunging tackle with Ainge.

Beswick hacked Ainge's header away as Bradford PA looked for a lifeline. Heggs then emerged from the dug out to warm up with Lynn now a targetman light following Bradley's injury exit.

But Lynn were then reduced to ten men for the second consecutive league game when Robinson was dismissed for apparently raising his hands to fend off Ainge.

Beswick cut inside Downes but rifled a left footer just past Dickinson's far post with Smith now forced to forage up top on his own.

Savory's weak close range shot on 66 minutes hit Gay after Lynn had switched off down the right hand side.

Gay was alert to save with his feet after Andy Campbell sprung the home side's offside trap. Joe Magunda's rising strike from the edge of the box flew over from Story's persistence.

Smith's glancing header from Spencer's probing free kick dropped wide with Lynn continuing to make light of their numerical disadvantage.

Savory, however, sneaked around the back of Aisien to slot past Gay from point blank range on 82 minutes. Gay then raced from his line to produce a great athletic take with Lynn now starting to sit deep.

Ainge's header eight yards out fell wide with Bett now getting the upper hand on Aisien down the Bradford PA left but the frontman was cautioned in stoppage time for a wild challenge that felled Aisien.
