In a great final played in front of a good crowd Lakeford won the game 3-0.
Kieran Harrison opened the scoring and Jack Main added a second before half-time.
Dereham pressurized as expected at the start of the second half but a third goal scored by Joel Howard sealed the win.
This was Lakeford's first trophy after two seasons in eleven a side football.
Both Lakeford squads will now compete in Lincolnshire in a tournament on May Bank Holiday weekend.
