In the League Cup Lynn Napier met new Division One side Englands Hope and gave a good account of themselves but in the end they went down by seven goals to nil with Englands Hope goals from Whyborn (3), Jackson (2), and one each for Chilton and Readshaw.

Splinters were up against Fowler and it was last season's County Cup holders that ran out 8-0 winners over a side that are still looking for players. Splinters goals were scored by Neil Goodbourn (4), Ricky Toll (2), Tom Doughty and Martin Harrowing.
Terrington took on another Division One side in Docklands and it was a really good game with the away side Dockands playing well, taking the lead with an own goal before Terrington struck back to take the lead through goals by A Prior and Terrance Wilkin. Docklands hit back to level with a goal by Craig Russell but then conceded a late goal by Dean Twaite-Smith to go down 3-2.
William Burt were up against Tilney in what was a really good game with Burt unable to break down the Tilney defence who ran out 5-0 winners.

In the league Globe Bowls Club played away at Sutton Bridge in what was a good game by both sides with the home side going down to Globe 4-2 after a good effort by Sutton Bridge.

In Division Two Terrington Res travelled to Denver to take on new side Downham Old Boys in a really tight game with Downham OB missing chances and some good defending by Terrington before a single goal by Joe Jackson on 44 minutes sealed all three points for Terrington.
Hilgay hosted Fairstead Utd and it was the away side that took the points by six goals to two with two goals each from Mark Sainty and Chris Green, and one for Danny Childs, plus an own goal.
Union Jack took on new side Splinters Res in what was a good game with both sides playing some good football with Splinters Res ahead 3-2 when play was abandoned and had no referee.
