In Division One Bentinck Arms were up against Terrington, who they went down to a few weeks ago, and again made Bentinck Arms battle for the points. In the second half it was a fine display by Bentinck Arms who got all three points with goals by Kevin White, David Yallop, Gavin Proctor, and a own goal, with Matthew Clayden netting in reply for Terrington.

Globe Bowls Club took on Docklands who struggled to field a side with late call offs and injuries but still played well against a good Globe side who in the end took full advantage and went on to win by ten goals to one with goals for Globe coming from Tom Anderson, Aaron, Proctor, Tim Childs, Adam Hails, all with a brace and Robbie Palmer plus an own goal. Docklands reply came from Leigh Woodcock.

Splinters travelled to Sutton Bridge and went 1-0 up with a goal by Neil Goodborne but were pulled back with a cracking goal by Erick Tolnay from 35 yards and it was the home team that took the lead with a goal by J Sutton and looked like they were heading for a win but it was player manager Alan Cook that came on and got the equalizer for Splinters.

White Bell travelled to Englands Hope and it was the home team who started the better going 4-0 up at half time with a hat trick by Joe Whybourn and one by John Collins, but in the second half White Bell hit back with goals by S Rose, and C Coulson with a brace but it was not enough as Englands Hope hung on to win 4-3 for their first points of the season.

In Division Two Splinters Res took on Tilney but were not good enough to beat Tilney who produced a fine team performance to win 6-0 with a hat trick by Calum Ryan and one for Robert Eves, Jamie Bone, plus n own goal. Ben Oliver was Splinters Res man of the match.

Sutton Bridge Res were looking for some better form on the road against a Union Jack side looking for their second win which they got with a good display and with Tommy Thompson scoring another hat trick to follow on from his four goals last week. Other Jack goals came from Graham Barlow, Lee Miller and Karl Wilkins in a 6-0 win.

Terrington Res continued their fine form with another good win over William Burt by six goals to nil with goals from Alex Wilkinson, Paul Hollands, Joe Jackson, W Rhodes to stay top of Division Two.

Downham Old Boys agreed to reverse the fixture to their place against Fowler and it was the home team that started the better against a good Fowler side and got another fine result by winning by six goals to two with Downham Old Boys goals coming from Andy Summers (3) and one each by A Legge, T Finnis and J Larre.

Hilgay, looking for their fourth straight win in the league, were up against a Lynn Napier side trying to get back to winning ways and gave a good team performance against Hilgay as they ran out winners by four goals to two with Lynn Napier's goals coming from a brace by (old timer) Micheal Bunn and one each for Micheal Ellwood and Shaun Hayden. Lynn Napier goalkeeper Matt Nurse had a fine game but man of the match for Napier was M Ellwood.
