King's Lynn are set to miss out on a potentially lucrative league derby after Conference chiefs announced that Boston United are to be relegated from the Blue Square set-up. Boston have failed to qualify under the league's membership rules with regards to their financial dealings and have been demoted from the Blue Square North division pending an FA appeal which is due to be heard on Wednesday. With Nuneaton having gone into voluntary liquidation after amassing debts of almost £1million, league bosses have handed out reprieves for Hucknall Town and Vauxhall Motors, who will take their places in Blue Square North alongside the Linnets despite finishing in the relegation zone last season. Because of more league restructuring, Redditch United have switched from Blue Square South to North.
