King's Lynn's FA appeal case over their pending Conference demotion for failing to meet a ground grading deadline will be heard in Derby on May 26.

Lynn's fate will be decided by an FA panel after the club decided to fight the Conference's threat to expel them for failing to initiate a �250,000 upgrade to their council-owned Walks Stadium. A delegation headed by chairman Ken Bobbins met the club's barrister in London on Friday for talks with their legal team.
