More than 100 supporters attended the club's first fans' forum since chairman Buster Chapman was awarded the lease on the council-owned Walks Stadium.
King's Lynn Town was the overwhelming choice over Lynn Town and the club's trading name Lynn FC following a public vote and ballot.
Chapman and operations manager Jonathan Chapman faced some tough questioning during the 90-minute meeting regarding their plans for the re-launched club which will enter the Non League pyramid for the 2010/11 season.
Club officials expect to find out in May which league the FA have indicated they wish to place King's Lynn Town. The Ridgeons Premier Division remains a preferred option - despite sizeable opposition from member clubs who ultimately will all vote on whether to accept the Linnets.
