Diss piled on the Ridgeons League Division One misery for lowly Swaffham with a 4-0 away win.The visitors took a 20th minute lead when a corner from Ed Cussons was headed in by James Wilson.

The visitors took a 20th minute lead when a corner from Ed Cussons was headed in by James Wilson.
Another Cussons corner in the 69th minute saw Steve Best head the ball on for Danny Partridge who scored from close range.
Partridge passed for Ben Soanes to net in the 75th minute.
