Possibly the result of the day was in 3A where Sporting Longdale inflicted only the second league defeat suffered by Wellington Pink Uns since they joined in 2009 beating them 2-0 thanks to goals by Lloyd Nobbs and Brad Martin.
Temple Bar earned their first win of the season, beating The Reindeer 3-0 (Lee Vann, Chris Vines and Dom Riley).
