King's Lynn director Colin Nichols has stepped down from the Unibond Premier Division club's board.
The former Linnets chairman has accepted a club vice-president's role at The Walks.
A club statement read: “The club wishes to announce that Colin Nichols has decided to stand down as a director with immediate effect. Colin will remain as company secretary and consultant on FA and Norfolk FA matters. The directors wish to thank Colin for his many years of service to the club and to that end he and his wife Rose have been offered life membership and Colin has been appointed club vice-president.”
