Norwich City's on-loan star Matty Pattison was one of the best performing midfielders in the Coca-Cola Championship last weekend, according to the Actim Index.

The 21-year-old midfielder set up both Norwich goals in their 2-0 win over Coventry, scoring 37 points on the official player rating system in the process.

His 10 passes, two dribbles and eight crosses gave the South African the second highest total of all midfielders during the weekend's Championship fixtures.

The Canaries currently have two players in the Actim Index top 100 for the current season to date, with goalkeeper David Marshall topping the Norwich contingent in 80th place with 170 points. Marshall is the 13th best performing 'keeper in the league this season, 47 points behind the list's top stopper, West Bromwich Albion's Dean Kiely.

Right-back Jon Otsemobor is the only other City player who appears in the top 100, his 161 points placing him 93rd.

The Actim Index is used to calculate the best performers in the Barclays Premier League and Coca-Cola Championship. Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas is the top performer in the Premier League so far this season, while Ipswich striker Alan Lee heads the Championship list with 305 points.
