One of Norwich City's biggest supporter groups could be in for a windfall this weekend when it hosts its traditional end-of-season auction at the club open day.
The Friends of Norwich City Youth (FONCY) have a big range of collectors' items up for grabs, but Dion Dublin's imminent retirement and the possibility that Darren Huckerby will also be leaving in the summer, items provided by the two players are expected to be in demand.
“It will be interesting to see how the bidding goes for their items,” said FONCY chairman John Landamore. “Needless to say, both players were happy as always to help us, as were all the other members of the squad.
“It's going to be a busy day but, as usual, we're looking forward to it being a prosperous day as well.”

FONCY's profits are ploughed back into the club through their support of the Academy training programme, with half of the proceeds of the auctioned players' shirts going to the Norwich City Historical Trust.
Going under auctioneer Ken Ewing's hammer will be signed shirts and boots worn by Huckerby and Dublin, as well as signed home and away shirts from other players, items of training kit, signed menus and team-sheets and photographs.
