David Mooney's loan at Norwich City has now been officially extended until the end of the season.
The Irishman's original loan spell was due to run out after Saturday's match with Sheffield Wednesday, but papers have now been ratified with The Football League and the Reading forward will stay with the Canaries for the remainder of the campaign.
Mooney, 24, has made three full and one substitute appearance for City so far, scoring two goals.
Commenting on the news, Norwich City boss Bryan Gunn said: "I'm absolutely delighted and want to thank Reading for giving us the opportunity to have David for the remainder of the season. He can't play against Reading but we look forward to him making an important contribution in the five other games left.
"He's brought what I said from the beginning, which is goals and enthusiasm and he's a great guy to have around the dressing room - a good Irish sense of humour which keeps us smiling."
