Mundesley stole the headlines in the Optic NE Norfolk League last weekend when in the Junior Cup they returned home from Heacham 5-2 victors to notch up the only success from outside the league.

Ludham may yet add to it as they must replay this coming weekend after drawing 2-2 with Sprowston Wanderers.

Horning won the all-league affair at Lyng by a 4-1 margin.

East Ruston lost with the very last kick of game 5-4 after extra-time against Lynn Docklands whilst Hickling also lost by odd goal at home to Lynn Napier.
