The Evening News Norwich Sunday League will have a very different look next season after 13 teams confirmed their intention not to take part.
All the vacancies have been filled following interview sessions for potential new applicants. The new teams are recommended for acceptance at the league's annual meeting on June 16 at the Royal British Legion Club, Aylsham Road.
New applicants are: Caseys Cosmos Reserves (Bystanders); Constable's Crusaders, DEFC, New Buckenham, Aldborough Lions, Briston Wanderers, AFC Drayton Reserves, Dereham United, One Love United, Riverside Rovers, Chapelfield Sports Club, Hockering Reserves, Windmill Elite.
Teams not renewing are: Hethersett Athletic (Premier); Salhouse Rovers (Premier); Bertram Books, Champion Ath, Aylsham Black Boys, Norwich CEYMS (all Division 1a); Manor Park (Division 1b); Costessey Sports Res, Thorpe Rovers Sunday (Division 2b); Dereham Wanderers (Division 3a); AFC Mousehold, Kings Arms, Felmingham Athletic' (Division 4b).
