Two late goals from Robert Earnshaw in the last few minutes of the game turned defeat into victory for Norwich City at Carrow Road today.

The Canaries had gone in one down at the end of the first half, despite dominating much of the play.

Chances for Spillane, Earnshaw and Huckerby went begging, and it was Gareth Ainsworth who put the visitors ahead on the half-time whistle.

Lee Cook made it 2-0 to QPR in the second half before Darren Huckerby pulled one back for the Canaries.

Then it was Earnshaw who knocked in two goals in five minutes to give the Canaries victory.

Young striker Ryan Jarvis made his first start of the season, and Robert Green's ankle injury, sustained during the warm-up to Saturday's game, gave No. 2 keeper Paul Gallacher his second chance.

Before the game a small but vocal group of protesters gathered outside the ground to demand the ousting of under-fire manager Nigel Worthington.
