Norwich City are holding their annual general meeting this evening, via a video conference.
In usual circumstances the Canaries' board of directors assemble at Carrow Road to present their annual report to shareholders, complete formal business and take questions.
However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic it's not been possible to host an event which regularly attracts a few hundred City supporters to hear the club's top brass discussing their intentions for the future.
The AGM is due to begin at around 7.30pm, reflecting on the club's annual financial report and revealing further details about the impact of the pandemic, as well as relegation from the Premier League, hopes of achieving promotion from the Championship and much more.
We'll bring you the main updates from the online meeting below - and check back to this website later this evening for a more in-depth report.
