The arrival of right-back Sam Byram from West Ham has been welcomed as a potential bargain signing by Norwich City supporters.
The 25-year-old former Leeds defender has joined for a reported initial fee of £750,000 and signed a four-year deal after injuries saw his time with West Ham drift of course.
Byram joined Nottingham Forest on loan at the start of last season but suffered a serious knee injury after three matches and didn't return until March after surgery, making five appearances at the end of the campaign.
After a very strong start to his career with Leeds a move to West Ham for around £4m arrived in January 2016 but injury issues restricted him to 36 appearances for the Hammers.
