McNally has scrapped the Supporters Consultative Group and replaced it with a policy which he believes will allow more supporters to talk directly to the men at the top of the Carrow Road hierarchy.
City have promised that, as well as the shareholders' question and answer session at the AGM, there will be three more supporter forums involving the directors at Carrow Road each year. Two of those will be open to all fans and one to representatives from every Norwich City supporter group able to attend.
Supporters will have the opportunity before each forum to suggest any potential areas they particularly want to be discussed before the forum enters the traditional question and answer session.

There will be two to four SoccerPM! Roadshows around the county each year, where young supporters and their families will have the chance to meet City players and a live on-line question and answer session on the club's web site with a member of the board every month.
City will conduct two open training sessions at Carrow Road while there will be continued access to Colney every Friday, subject to training schedules.

The intention is that the changes will give more City fans the chance to have their say, and while the SCG no longer exists the club say “streamlined and target-focussed supporter working groups will continue to meet with club officials to consult on a wide range of key areas” - including ticketing, supporter experience, home and away, disabled supporters, long-distance supporters and young supporters.
The group have yet to be formed, but meetings will be held four times a year.
