The full-back moved to St Mary's on a free transfer in January, signing a deal until the end of the season - and is now hoping to get it renewed in the summer. "I need games to prove I can do a job here," said Otsemobor. "When I heard at Norwich that Southampton were interested, I even badgered the chief executive there to hurry things up. I knew they'd made a lot of progress since coming down with us (Norwich) last season, but I didn't realise how much until I got here. You feel you're at a club moving in only one direction and that is up."
