Ruston cruise to the top

NEN League: Last season's Slater & Frith champions East Ruston shot to the top of the table on goal difference after chalking up a 4-0 victory over Happisburgh who drop to second ahead of North Walsham OB whose game against Horning was abandoned because of player injury.

Last season's Slater & Frith champions East Ruston shot to the top of the table on goal difference after chalking up a 4-0 victory over Happisburgh who drop to second ahead of North Walsham OB whose game against Horning was abandoned because of player injury.

In Wayford Nurseries Division Two unbeaten Bodham stayed top by beating Dilham 4-1 and are now three points clear of Briston who went down 5-0 to Runton while Aldborough Lions got their players together to score a 3-1 win over North Walsham OB.

Cawston are top of Knights Trophies Division Three after beating Aldborough Reserves by the odd goal of three and that left morning leaders Cromer YOB three points adrift after losing 2-0 against East Ruston Reserves.
