Sheringham kitted out for big day
Sheringham Primary School's girls' football team will be sporting a brand new kit on Saturday when they represent Norfolk in the South East England final at Greenwich, London.
Sheringham Primary School's girls' football team will be sporting a brand new kit on Saturday when they represent Norfolk in the South East England final at Greenwich, London.
The team, which is made up of Year 5 and 6 pupils, has been presented with the new strip by Sam Knowles and James Wright of Sheringham builders Knowles and Wright.
Coach Matt Groves said being crowned county champions and going on to represent Norfolk was an impressive achievement of which the school was extremely proud.
"The girls have impressed us all season with their skill and good sportsmanship, and they are really excited about playing in the finals," he added.
