Spixworth knocked out Ridgeons Premier Division side King's Lynn Reserves 2-0 with goals by Ben Gowing and Damian Didwell.
And Mattishall dispatched Diss, from Ridgeons Division One, 2-1 after extra time with Chris Hall and Gary Starling netting.
Norwich United, of the Ridgeons Premier, eased through with a 3-0 win over Fakenham, of Division One with Matt Robinson's first-half strike and a second-half brace from Paul Atkins.
Ang Com Premier side North Walsham put up a good fight against Ridgeons Premier's Dereham before losing 2-1.
In an entertaining game Walsham scored first through a Matthew Lown header before the Magpies levelled when skipper Graham Barrett headed home Craig Terrington's looping cross.
Walsham were reduced to ten men and James Hadley powerfully headed home a Terrington corner.
An all-Ang Com Premier Division clash saw Cromer get the better of Blofield United 3-2 after extra time. Matthew Eves scored a brace and Darren Terrington one for the Crabs while Luke Adcock and Lee Skoyles replied for Blofield.

In Division One, a Kevin Jarvis goal was enough for a Caister win over Wells.
Bungay visited Hindringham and won 2-1 (Ainsley Baynes, Paul Bullen) with Scott Gray replying.
Horsford (Darren Nichols) lost 2-1 to Poringland Wanderers (Matthew Elwin, Joshua Farrow). Kirkley & Pakefield's Rory French netted in a 1-0 win over Reepham. Long Stratton travelled to Sole Bay and won 2-1 (Shaun Flint, Ben Cussons) with Terry Brooks replying.
A goal by Wymondham's Jamie Butler saw them beat Stalham 1-0.
