With leaders Bungay having their match at St Andrews postponed Mattishall needed a win to overtake them. But their nap hand - two goals each from Gary Starling and Chris Hall, plus one from Duncan Hewitt - was matched by James Edwards (two), Gary Hurren, Simon Green and an own goal.

In the Premier Division leaders Hempnall (Shaun Flint and Matthew Cawston) were held 2-2 at home by lowly Hindringham (Scott Gray and Daniel Peczkowski).

Champions Wroxham Reserves were well beaten at AFC Norwich, who won 3-0 with goals from James Denmark, Kyle Halsey and Carlos Blanco.

The other game in a reduced Premier Division programme saw Brandon Town (Kevin Sobiechowski, Neil Edwards and an own goal) beat Cromer (David Harwood) 3-1.
