CENTRAL & SOUTH NORFOLK LEAGUE: Thetford Athletic are the league champions. On Saturday, Saham Toney completed their fixtures with a convincing 7-3 home win over Mulbarton Wanderers to ensure that they finished as runners-up and that Mulbarton cannot finish higher than third.

On Saturday, Saham Toney completed their fixtures with a convincing 7-3 home win over Mulbarton Wanderers to ensure that they finished as runners-up and that Mulbarton cannot finish higher than third.

The result also means that Thetford finish one point ahead of Saham Toney to add the league championship to the three divisional championships they have achieved since joining the league four seasons ago.

In the other two matches, Shipdham beat Toftwood Rangers 2-1 to make certain of fourth spot, while Gressenhall beat Hingham Athletic 1-0.
