Tom Trybull’s journey to become a Premier League footballer has contained set-backs, rejections and hard moments.
In his youth days, he attracted interested from the Bundesliga, had trials with Bayern Munich and caught the attentions of Werder Bremen and Hertha Berlin.
He made his professional debut at 17 for Hansa Rostock, a second division side in Germany after an impressive spell in their youth ranks.
After an impressive campaign that involved Rostock getting promoted in 2011, he was lured away by Werder Bremen, who tempted Trybull with their impressive track record for youth development.
His emergence in Bremen's starting XI saw their general manager, Klaus Allofs state that Trybull wouldn't 'look out of place playing for Barcelona'.

That promise in his teenage years evaporated rapidly following a series of injury problems that left him out contract and back in the 2.Bundlesiga.
Spells with St Pauli and Greuther Fürth both ended with Trybull leaving after a year and, aged 23, he joined Den Haag in Holland, desperately hoping for a new beginning.

"There were only two options, I can quit football and say that my courage is done, and I don't want to play anymore or I could keep going," Trybull said.
"Football is my passion so it doesn't matter how hard it will be because there will be a way out of this situation and we decided what is the other opportunity?
"We made some interesting decisions, but I had to stick to my dream and believe in myself. Where we are now is a reward for me and my wife; in the Premier League."
Trybull didn't lack self-belief. His relentlessness ensured he kept forging his path, one which would lead him to Norfolk and Norwich City.
A successful trial period saw him join permanently in 2017 before promotion to the Premier League helped him achieve a childhood dream.
"I always mention it when I have the chance, without Norwich, I wouldn't be the same player. They gave me the opportunity and I will always appreciate that.
"In every game I've tried to leave my heart on the pitch to show the people how grateful and thankful I am to the club who gave me the opportunity."
